Governor, dated and received September 29 was read, stating:                   
                                                                               
On September 25, 1999, the Twenty-first Alaska State Legislature,              
acting in joint session, voted to override the previous veto of:               
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 74(RLS)                                          
amH An Act relating to hunting on the same day                                 
airborne.                                                                      
                                                                               
Therefore, the following chapter number has been assigned and the              
engrossed and enrolled copies will be transmitted to the Lieutenant            
Governor for permanent filing:
